I used David Linville to represent me in a lawsuit to fight a construction lien claim as well as counter claims I had vs the plaintiff. During the course of the lawsuit due to David's clever thinking we won a partial summary judgement invalidating the lien claims which I considered a major victory as this took away the plaintiff's ability to collect attorney fees if the lawsuit were to not end in my favor.
