Tim helped me at one of the lowest moments of my life. He was able to swiftly take an exaggerated Assault 2 charge and negotiate it down to deferred misdemeanor which was eventually dismissed all together. My name is Damien S. Walters. On May 21st, 2010 I was arrested and charged with Assault in the First Degree by Kitsap County Sheriffs Office.
