NO JAIL AND NO BAIL!!! Jullia was recommended to me by a friend after I was snagged with my 2nd DUI in 10 years. I was terrified at the thought of going to jail. Julia Simmons really changed my general mindset as it pertains to "Attorneys". Retaining Julia is the best money I spent. Don't try to go against DMV without her, she knows the process and the personalities inside and out. She got my Drivers license back for me which would have been very difficult or taken a couple years had I not utilized her services. Do not go to a DMV hearing without Julia Simmons. It does not matter if it is Fraud, DUI, Medical, or anything. I was facing a revocation of my license due to fraud. I retained Ms. Simmons and from the moment I retained her, I knew I did the right thing. She specializes in DMV hearings. She is well r...espected by the hearing officers and they listen to her. I am a commercial driver and my entire career was at stake. Not only did I win my case and get to keep my license, the fraud was wiped off of my DMV record. If I had gone to the hearing without her, I would have lost my license. That is a fact. You can not go to a DMV hearing without a lawyer and that lawyer has to be Julia Simmons.
