no better than a public defender
Julia did not inform me of all my options for my dui case nor did she even try to fight to get me a better deal with the d.a. Now that the case has gone through she won't even return my phone calls and every time i try calling everyone has "stepped out"is the response i keep getting.A public defende...
I find this comment very interesting considering I meet with my clients in my office to discuss the strengths and weaknesses before any plea. I also tell my clients I specifically take every Monday off to do nothing but meet clients in my office and answer questions. All my office lines are sent directly to my cell phone in the evenings and weekends, and believe it or not I ACTUALLY PICK UP THE PHONE. To say that my assistant agreed with you is a bold face lie. Saying I don't return my calls is a bold face lie. I don't know of a single client who has spoken to me and told me they're upset with their negotiated offer. I don't pressure my clients into pleading. Look at my case results, they're dated and it shows I get cases dismissed frequently. I ask this client to call me and speak to me about your case. If you're so unhappy, we can withdraw the plea, and I won't charge you for that motion. I can't, however, promise I will be able to obtain the same deal.

julia gave me great honest information on how long my lisence was going to be suspended and what my options were to deal with it based on my dui conviction she responded quickly to my call on a sunday and was eager to help me thanks julia

Julia was fast, answered all of my communications and best of all saved my drivers license!
Julia answered all of my call and e mails very rapidly. She accurately told me what to expect at my DMV hearing and coached me properly. As a result I didn't have my driving privilege suspended and can continue to drive. I didn't have to appear and she even handled the hearing by phone!!! Eas...
