I spoke with Julia over the phone two days ago, in search of help with my DUI case and my appeal for a critical needs license. Julia Simmons is, by far, THE BEST DUI ATTORNEY - PERIOD!! I had two DUI's within 8 months and totaled my car in the second one. Also, keep in mind that Julia is a DUI attorney specializing in MULITPLE DUI cases. Her cliental are generally drunks and alcoholics. Not the most responsible people on the planet. I know, I'm a recovering alcoholic - 19 months sober. If you are in the unfortunate position of needing her services, forget any negative reviews - HIRE JULIA!! It will be the BEST DECISION YOU CAN MAKE.

After reading numerous reviews and critiques o...f her past clients, and having the opportunity to speak with her on the phone (not an assistant or law clerk) it became very apparent that I was on the right track. Found out she had just completed a whole dissertation on Reinstatement of Suspended Driver's License. Back in 1999 I lost my driving privilege in the State of California due to a Suspended License. It was originally suspended because I was sent back to court for not being able to complete my DUI classes. I missed a class then was late to another and back then - you were automatically not allowed to continue and sent back to the Court. I messed up even further by missing that Court date. Subsequently a warrant was issued for my arrest. Living without a Driver's license and driving around was doable as long as you didn't get pulled over. Attorney Julia Simmons did everything that was needed to clear the HOLD on my Driver's license in California (which also was blocked in State of Hawaii). She and her staff were very professional and delivered exactly what they said they would. I now have a VALID HAWAII STATE DRIVERS LICENSE after all these years.
