Julia Simmons is a blessing, I have spoken to several lawyers all quoted me an expensive price that I was willing to pay because I was desperate and unaware of the law. I spoke to Julia about my situation, she requested that I email my information to her for review. She stated that I would receive a... response the next day on how she can assist me. Julia's assistant called, the next day, never in my wildest dreams did I expect to hear what was she stated: “You can go to DMV and renew your License!”. AT NO COST TO ME! Who knew that I was being bamboozled by other lawyers that just wanted to use my lack of knowledge of the law to charge me money? Julia asked me to leave this review because of the previous review and the fact that I was a very nervous client with so many questions. First, I want to say that even after a long conversation on the phone with Julia on a Sunday where she told me not to bother with hiring a lawyer, Julia met with m...e again in person, gave me very detailed information of how the process worked and again tried to convince me to not waste the money on a lawyer. I didn't take her advice because I was worried. I knew there wasn't much she could do for me but nevertheless I was afraid of going it alone. I can attest to the fact Julia met me in her office at 9pm at night to answer my questions. After I retained, she met me at my request on a Sunday Morning in her office. I called and emailed frequently and Julia always, and I mean, ALWAYS, called me back. She's even called me back when she was in Ireland over Thanksgiving day weekend. I could tell when she was in court, because she'd call me back usually in the evening and said she was sorry she didn't call me earlier because of a hearing. "Refused to speak to me" - I don't believe it. I can't imagine her treating another client differently because I must have been the most annoying client she has. In the end, everything ended up being exactly what Julia said. This is proof to me that she was being honest and she is very knowledgeable about DUI. I find it sad that people would go out of their way to hurt the reputation of a young, hard working and honest lawyer like Julia is just sad.

Julia is the best in the field. She is well connected and very professional. I was accused of DUI, refused breathalyzer and refused blood test. If it were not for Julia and her talented team I would be in a tough situation. She won my case at the DMV hearing regardless of my refusal status. NO JAIL AND NO BAIL!!! Jullia was recommended to me by a friend after I was snagged with my 2nd DUI in 10 years. I was terrified at the thought of going to jail. Julia fights for you, does everything possible with both the DMV and the D.A. and i was able to avoid 90 days in jail with a minimal a...mount of home confinement. She doesnt take your money and then you feel like she isn't doing anything...she is efficient, smart, and has a certain sneer and snarl that freaks out the D.A.s!!! I like her becasue she is young and has talent, experince, and ambiton. Not some old, fat guy that is laughing all the way to the bank with your money!!!

I am usually not one to write reviews, but the service that Julia provided was so unbelievable that she deserves this. She was so personable, professional, affordable, and up front with me (no trying to BS me). What brought me to make the decision to have her represent me was how important she though...t it was to appear at the DMV hearing in person. Because of this, she has a great relationship with them. The poor girl works so hard that she would even return phone calls on the weekends. One problem I have with attorneys is you call and wait a day or 2 before you hear from them. With all the stress I already had wondering if I was going to loose my license and my job, Julia never made me wait. What a huge relief that was!!! If you are in a situation that you know or think you need a Lawyer, it would be a bad idea to not call her. The piece of mind is priceless.
