JP Gusgad has been very helpful. The trial only had me confirm yes to that I was being honest and then they said I can hang up, then they called me back saying I won my case. The last time I didn't have a lawyer and they said I could do assembly jobs but with JP the judge understood I was unable to... do the jobs due to seeing and hearing things that other people don't hear or see. Mr. Gustad and his team help me with Soc. Sec. disability after I was unable to return to work. I tired to do it on my own with all the paperwork and hoops I endured with SS it was a night mare. After being rejected twice with SS I reached out to Mr. Gustad and his team, after my call I was told that... the team would review my case and get back with me to let me know if they felt they could assist me. With in no time I received a call from one of Mr. Gustad team, they stated they would help me they also told me what to expect which eased my nerves. The outcome did take a bit since the SS is so backed up but totally worth it. I strongly fill that if Mr. Gustad wouldn't of gone to bat for me with SS that I still would not be receiving what I truly was intitled to. If you fill that you are intitled to SS disability and have been denied one time my suggestion is call Mr. Gustad don't waste your time with SS, It took me 3 years on my own and about a year after hiring Mr. Gustad.
