My experience with Mr Loeffler was excellent. I have own several rental homes and have been fortunate enough not to have needed legal help in regards to eviction services previously. Unfortunately, I recently had a very bad experience with a tenant who Evan quickly identified as a "professiona...l" renter and counseled me on I interviewed three attorneys for this process and became immediately comfortable/confident that Evan was the right attorney for the job as he was direct and to the point of how we had to handle the situation to get through the legal process as quickly and cost effectively as possible. This was a very difficult case that involved an extremely difficult renter that knew every angle of how to drag out the process- Evan expertly handled the situation and was able to get through the eviction process and get them out in approx. 6 weeks and most importantly, counsel us on what not to do that might jeopardize our case - would have been a few weeks sooner if the sheriff schedules were not so full. Evan was able to get us in front of the court right away even though the renter was throwing out every imaginable evasion and roadblock. Not only were we able to get a quick eviction ruling- he was able to secure a judgement for the full amount of monies owed and damages. If need were to ever arise in the future where I need this type of service- I would definitely use Evan again- his assistant, Jennifer, was amazing to work with as well- very accessible and knowledgeable. This is a very stressful process as an owner- having the right team in place to help work through the Eviction process makes all the difference- Evan and his team did a great job!

Mr. Loeffler started the eviction first week of January, 2016, in less than 30 days, we successfully got an unlawful detainer judgement against my tenant. This tenant was particularly tough to evict. She was a hoarder and on Section 8. She knew all the tricks on how to use government help. I started... the eviction in September with another attorney but the case was dismissed by the judge in Early November. Finally Mr. Loeffler got it done for me on 2/1/16. He really spent time studying the case and he knew the eviction laws very well. In court, he was tough, calm and firm. I would use him for all my future eviction needs and would highly recommend him to all my fellow landlords. My lessons to other landlords are: do not take it on your own. Hire a professional to help the eviction from the very early stage. When hiring, get the best, not the cheap ones, especially in City of Seattle. After all, Mr. Loeffler's charges were very reasonable. He was smart, so it did not take him that many hours to figure out the case.
