Scott is an incredible lawyer. From the moment I called him he was extremely thorough in what it would take to work through my DUI case. He explained there were 2 different parts of the case...the criminal case & the DOL case. Thanks to his great attention to detail and precision questioning of th...e officer at the DOL Hearing, the DOL threw out the case and basically said the officer didn't have the legal right to have even asked me to take a breathalyzer test. Scott then continued to work closely with the Prosecuting attorney and was able to negotiate down that case as well. I walked away with "Reckless Endangerment" instead of a DUI and it's all due to his great work. On top of all of that, Scott is just a super nice guy and very, very easy to work with.

My husband got a traffic ticket on his CDL. We hired Scott to take care of it, and that was all I had to do. Case was dismissed, no issues whatsoever, done deal. Barbara his paralegal is very nice and helpful. The ticket may not have been a big deal, had it not been for the fact that my hubby has a C...DL and he got it while he was driving a semi, but the fee is pretty fair especially for all the hassle I didn't have to go through.
