My experience with the legal system during my divorce was difficult, but I am so glad that I was referred to Gordon Phillips because I found in him a very effective combination of clear legal thought, determination and the ability to make a court follow his line of reasoning. These were invaluable to... me as my ex-husband had seized all the assets of our trust and abandoned me and our three children. Even though the courts initially seemed prejudiced to listening to my ex-husband's unsupported claims, Gordon was able to persuade the court of their previous error, reinstate child and spousal support and ultimately win the case and recover enough of our assets to provide for my kids and me.
