If you want an attorney that communicates well with you and keeps you updated, he’s not the right one for you. We wouldn’t get a returned call for weeks at times. His communication added a lot of stress and worry and was frustrating that we felt very much in the dark all the time about what was going... on. He also charged an outrageous price, talking to other attorneys they felt he charged us twice what he should’ve. Then we had to threaten to get the remaining money he owed us, that was left from the retirement plan that paid him. After threatening and calling over and over with evidence he finally gave us back the $50,000 that was our money. He blamed a previous secretary for the mistake. He wouldn’t kept it if we didn’t force him to do so. He should’ve been an ally, friend, and supporter to make this extremely stressful situation easier but instead he added stress and made us really question if he was doing what was best for the case. Be cautious especially regarding communication and cost for his services.
