Highly recommend!

Kim is incredibly knowledgeable and responsive. If I wasn’t able to reach her directly, her staff always made sure I received a quick call back. I had a friend going through bankruptcy with a different attorney, and they struggled just to get responses to calls or emails. My experience with Kim was t...he complete opposite—she made the entire process simple and stress-free. By the time we got to “trial,” I felt completely prepared and had zero nerves. I highly recommend her!

Chapter 7

Kim took care of everything and made sure we were safe and informed throughout the entire process. Our legal situation could have become overwhelming, but it was quite painless. She was there for us every step of the way.

Saved My Sanity (and My House!)

I truly can't say enough good things about Kim and her staff. Filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy is an intimidating process, but she handled it with such expertise and grace that it felt totally bearable. She is an absolute pro—brilliant, savvy, and she prepared us for every single step so we never felt... lost or alone. Her communication was prompt and clear, and she patiently answered all of our questions. Thanks to her guidance, we were able to keep our home and all of our assets.
