Great help through a bad situation.

Kim was excellent and kind. She is very good at explaining thing simply and is well organized. Kim allowed me to work on my time line and was very helpful throughout the entire process. Even as I had to file an amendment to my filing she made sure I understood the process.

I don't believe you could find a better person to represent you in these matters - PERIOD

From start to finish Kim was their for me, she went well beyond anything I ever expected and I couldn't have done it without her. My case was one of the worst I think Kim has seen due to an aggressive ex-girlfriend. Every step of the way Kim prepared me for what was happening and could happen and we ...were well prepared when my Ex hired an attorney to fight my bankruptcy. Kim was very responsive to my concerns and made the experience much easier. I cannot say enough good things about Kim, she is very upfront and doesn't waste anyone's time or money. I feel you would be making a mistake by not contacting Kim Covington to represent you.

Kim has worked for me twice. My divorce and bankruptcy. I have a start at a new life.

Kim is very organized, efficient and clear. She guided me through a uncomfortable process gently and smoothly. Her communication with me throughout the process was respectful, thoughtful, clear and succinct. I would gladly recommend KimCovington to anyone.

A competent attorney

Kim was very informed and competent about my case. She was compassionate, caring and kept me informed every step of the way with this most difficult decsion I had to make. She returned all of my calls, was patient when I was difficult, and overall, helped me keep my sanity during a very hard time. ... I would recommend her to anyone.

Tops in My Book

Prior to my appointment, I was very nervous and unbelievably ashamed for the position in which I found myself. But, from the very first meeting with Ms. Covington, I felt at ease. As I recall, I became tearful at one point, but she made me feel hopeful about my situation-now I didn't feel like such... a failure. No one likes to admit that. She was professional and obviously very knowledgeable. Making the appointment to see an attorney was very difficult but the stress was out of hand and my doctor suggested I talk to one about my situation...but, it was still hard for me no matter the reason (my health). At any rate, she made me feel like a worthwhile person in spite of what I had come to do-with her help. I really appreciated the humane, if you will, treatment. I have emailed her for advice on a number of occasions; she always gets back to me in a timely fashion, is thorough in her explanations, and is willing to compliment me when my efforts to help myself warrant it. Yes, I appreciate her a great deal, and will be happy to refer others.
