I want to thank Neil Halttunen, attorney at law, for a job well done. About 2 years ago, some terrible and false accusations were brought against me. I retained him even though not being formally charged. Later a Secret Grand Jury, without physical evidence, indicted me on 8 felony counts. I was arre...sted and placed in jail. Neil was contacted and able to secure my release on a reduced bail. In May of 2023 I went to trial and was found innocent on all charges and cleared of all accusations. I highly recommend Neil. He would share personal experience and encouraged me to take care of myself and focus on what really mattered-my child. He was well prepared for court. He anticipated the arguments from the other side and was prepared to make his arguments in response; I never questioned his familiarity with my case. His presence in court was cool, calm and collected. I felt well prepared for trial and knew that he was providing me with the best defense. I had a suppression hearing, a hearing to modify my release agreement and a trial. I had decisions not in my favor. I misplaced my frustration toward Neil and he was an abject professional. He continued to hear me out and work towards making sure I was getting what I felt I needed. In my trial, Neil continued to exceed my expectations. He connected with the courtroom in a way that brought comfort, humanity and empathy to the experience. I would suggest his representation to anyone and have zero reservations about it.
