Poor reresentation

Mr. Short started out great, but as time went by he did not respond to our calls in a timely manner, he also called on a Tuesday, demanding that we give him an additional $1000 by Friday or he'd have to drop the case, all the while knowing from the begining that we were strapped for money. He deviate...d from the original agreement. We came up with the money, but he was not very communicative after that. At the trial he represented us at, he was very passive before the judge and we felt that he did a very poor job!
