The right choice!

Jason Short was outstanding in handling my sons DUI case. My son's breathalyzer test was only .05, but he was still being charged with a DUI. Jason used his experience dealing with the DA's office and was able to convince the district attorney they would not win this case...all charges were dropped, ...including the traffic citations. After calling several attorneys in the area Jason was the only one who felt we had a shot at having the charges dismissed, most of the attorneys we talked with only wanted to discuss the diversion program. Jason was the right choice!

Thanks again

Jason made all my dreams come true. I had two felonies from when I was young and dumb that I couldn't get exspounged and thought I was out of options and would never be able to hunt again. Jason proved me wrong and within 2 months I had my gun rights back and now going hunting with my dad nephew and ...uncle this year for the first time in almost 12 years. Thank you again Jason I tell everyone that they have a chance and to give you guys a call.

The BEST firearms lawyer in Oregon

Jason was very professional and I had every confidence from the start that he would win my case, AND HE DID! The sheriffs denied my CCP and Jason had them reversed the denial AND I had my CCP in 3 days WITHOUT even going to court. Just his name alone gets you results. I highly recommend him. He was o...n top of it the whole time. The best thing is he always took my call and kept me up to date unlike some lawyers that never talk to you and leave you in the dark.
