Blake Dore was amazing! He took my case, took the time to do the research, took the time to give me personal service.... you know, all the things you never get from an attorney. He even met me at the site of my HOV violation to gather evidence. I was impressed. Needless to say, I walked out of court ...with a great plea deal (parking ticket). Blake was responsive and professional every step of the way. After filing a motion to dismiss based on state law of the l...egality of the city of Tualatin to operate the device, multiple supoenas of city records about device maintenance and examining and photographing the site himself, we were thoroughly prepared for trial. The prosecution then decided to dismiss rather than go forward. Though the prosecution did not disclose why it decided to drop the case, I expect it was because they didn't want to jeopardize future prosecutions by allowing our defense to be aired publicly in court. In researching the feasibility of beating photo red light citations, I asked several prominent attorneys how they would proceed. Every one of them had attempted to and none had been successful, one attorney even telling me he had even hired the top traffic attorney in the state to no avail.
