At the lowest point ever in my life. I was going to go through a divorce. I did a lot of research on line and I reached out to Law firm McKinley Irvin. This turned out to be the best decision for me ever. I set up an appointment and was able to meet the next day with Collin McKean. I was in extreme e...motional pain Collin McKean listened to me as I poured out my agony to him. I was unable to focus on anything except the pain and explaining what had happened in my marriage. It was comparable to having a red hot branding iron pressed on the bottom of my foot and explaining how bad it hurt. That was how I was at this first meeting and some other phone meetings as well. Somehow Collin would find a way to get the information he needed out of our conversations getting me to focus on the important issues as he calmly took hand written notes. Taking down key points and comments out of raw emotional jargon. After the initial meeting for the first time in a very long time I knew there was help on my side. I knew there was some one that understood me and what had happened in my marriage and was going to help the one in pain and that was me. I could not believe it was me in this terrible situation. As the process went on its course Laura Pride a member of the team was always there to help with receiving or passing on any needed information very promptly. She was always professional and accurate very patient and kind. My divorce was complex due to the high number of assets and the value.
