Upon my retirement, I hired C. McKean to complete and file a basic QDRO for my pension plan. I even provided him with the form to complete and file, which I obtained from the pension plan administrator. He chose to do things his way and use his own QDRO form. During the next 18 months, he had to redo... and refile the QDRO several times to correct inexcusable errors, and on each redo he had to request my DOB and SSN because he had lost them. In all, I have suffered 16 months of lost income! I presently live outside the US and have had to repeatedly contact him to ensure that he kept working. Now he refuses to even speak with me. I advise you to look elsewhere for legal counsel.
