Gregory helped me with a Possessory Lien filed against me for a car that I once owned, but sold. In early Fall of 2015 we had a dispute with a tenant over payment of rent and rat infestation in the crawlspace that was handled very timely. Landlord-tenant issues. Greg knew the law. He gave me great advice. He met me after my work hours which was really helpful. While the law in Oregon tends to favor the tenant, Greg kept me on the 'good side' of the law, advised me what and what not to do.
