Bottom line -- be sure lease is comprehensive and legal in Oregon or your state, before you sign. Disappointed (nothing to do with Greg) that in Oregon owner-occupied, multiple f...amily dwellings ('rooming house') have limited Tenant protections from Landlord intrusion, unless spelled out correctly in lease. (East Coast a bit more stringent.)
