My criminal case consisted of 5 counts and I was completely devastated. The original plea bargain was to drop all charges except for 1 count of which was a felony charge. Jared was able to negotiate and get that charge dropped to a misdemeanor but the DA would only agree if I accepted all the other c...harges as misdemeanors. This frightened me but Jared consulted me the significance of 1 felony has compared to misdemeanor charges and ultimately gave me the decision to make. Everything went accordingly as planned during sentencing but the impact that this has had on me and my family will take much time to heal. I appreciate Jared always being available to respond to my calls, emails and texts. I think I was a unique client to Jared because of all the questions and scenarios I would ask of him. Jared Justice is very professional, knowledgeable and showed to be well known in our legal system. During one of my court appearances, the judge, and the D.A, did not know certain guidelines for another case, that he was not even representing.
