Kim listens to you but always will give you the best acutal recommendation!

Kim has been my lawyer the past two years and truly has been my guiding light through the dark path of child custody court. Kim is great at listening but come end of the conversation she will always give you her honest advice or recommendation based on what is factually best for your case. She is not... a lawyer that will just tell you what you want to here. Kim knows the laws inside and out and will always fight for what is right. She is always respectful and diplomatic when speaking and will fight hard when she knows the other party is in the wrong. So many times I would be frantic and reach out to Kim who would quickly calm my nerves. Kim helped me get my high conflict custody case to a place that is much less stressful and as of now no future hearings are set. She also recently helped me in my child support case and was able to expose many of the other parties false claims and help me to ensure my child gets the support she needs. I appreciate her could not imagined having to work with anyone else.

Long term Marriage in which I worked and contributed to in its entirety

After losing my lawyer due to sickness I hired Kim Ma 27 plus years of Marriage in which I worked and provided health care for the Family in its entirety Including coverage for him until all was final. 2 Homes bought together, 3 grown children Start of a successful business All said a...nd done, I received $100,000 and got to keep my retirement . He received our house in Granite Bay A 4 bedroom on 2/3 rds of an acre w/pool The business and all belongings Towards the end of our Marriage I lost my position due to downsizing. Lost my fulltime status and pay But was able to keep healthcare for the family. I was recommended by counsel to settle That it would be unwise to go to court Or to expect any kind of support! In a state where it is Community property I pretty much have had to start my life over with The money awarded and making less than $ 30,000 a year, I am struggling to find a place to live that I can afford and to make ends meet While he has our home And a successful business to rely on. I am not sure why counsel's recommendation was to settle but I dont feel that Kim had my best interest in mind
