I felt that him and everyone else I worked with were all very knowledgeable and followed up with me all the way to the end until I got my visa approved. If there's anything I could improve from their service would be how approachable they are. Sometimes, it gets a bit too overwhelming and you just want to get on the phone and quickly ask about a couple things and it's next to impossible to do so.
