I hired the Ranchod Law Group for a relatively straightforward immigration matter. While their communication has been good, my overall experience has been disappointing. The progress on my case has been much slower than expected, and I often felt that it was not handled efficiently. I expected more... proactive follow-up and greater clarity throughout the process, especially considering the fees involved. I hope the firm improves its internal coordination and case management so that future clients can have a smoother, more transparent experience.

They said they are very confident >97% to get my case approved during all the case preparation. Unfortunately, the J1 waiver was denied after an RFE. They did do their work. However to me it is a merely an accumulation of a routine work. Don't feel they deserve 10 rating. Seems they do get a lot of ...cases approved on their website and on this forum. Maybe mine will become a text book example of a case fail.

I was asked to take my original review down, however I want to be fair and make sure other people don't fall in the same mistake. I was given a bad legal advise that led to a suffering that started 2 years ago and still going. due to the over confidence, ignorance, unreliability , and greediness o...f this law firm, my case was inappropriately filed early for a hardship waiver which was approved, however I couldn't change my status which led to terrible consequences. I asked to talk to Kaushik numerous times but never heard back and I was getting responses from his assistant who was not the most knowledgable and was very confident in her wrong advise. They did try to fix the issue only after I posted my review, but again turned out not to be competent and didn't know how to direct me to the next step and I had to hire another attorney costing me a lot more.
