Like many other reviewers, my case had several medical and legal complexities. Eliot understood, and in many cases could foresee, the possible complications and was able to position ourselves for different outcomes. Through his excellent work and knowledge of the system and the other parties, he was able to obtain the maximum payment for me under my uninsured motorist policy, so we completely avoided a lawsuit and court hearings.
