I just walked out of my swearing in ceremony along with 600 others. I am an American citizen finally! It would not have happened without the hard work, integrity and knowledge of my attormey Peter Kyung, I was afraid to aply for citizenship because I had a DUI only 2 years past. Peter put me at ea...se and I trusted him from the beginning. He did a lot of work helping me fill out the application but he recommended I wait 3 years until I was 5 years clear of the DUI. When my husband and I decided to file our immigration application, it was my job to look for an immigration lawyer. I have just moved to California and pretty much don’t have any connection. Peter was among the 3 lawyers that I shortlisted based on my online research. I called for an appointment... and his office was the most accommodating of our requested meeting schedule. My husband and I went to meet him. He was very congenial and straightforward. But he is awfully young and has not been in practice as long as the other 2 in my shortlist! But nonetheless we decided to retain him then, secretly crossing our fingers that we made the right choice.
