There are no words that can adequately describe how grateful we are for Peter and the entire law firm. I write this review with the utmost respect and gratitude. While our immigration case was worrisome at times, Peter was always there to support and guide us through. We knew how busy he was with ...many other clients going through the same as us, if not worse, but he made us feel like we were the center of his world and we always felt attended to, no matter what came up or when. He kept our case moving and helped us to keep hope alive, no matter what we faced. He guided us to success and we will always know and be grateful for the huge role he played in our lives. Now, we can truly say that our future is shining bright with this huge hurdle behind us. Should we ever need assistance again, we will not think twice to hire him again and/ or refer him to anyone who may face the same hurdle.

My husband had a very complicated case due to an incident on his record from when he was 18 years old and for 20 years we never filed for adjustment status because we were scared / anxious about his legibility to file for a green card. We came up to Peter's office by doing some research for immigration lawyers in the area. From the very first meeting we knew that he was highly educated and proficient in the field and we did not hesitate in hiring him. Peter was one of the very few that was super confident about our case and he knew... how to transmit that confidence into me and my husband. He was extremely organized and wanted things done in a certain way, and if you make sure to do as he tells you to, success is high. There aren't enough good things that I can say about this firm. We worked with Peter Kyung after doing a lot of research on immigration lawyers all over Sacramento and made the incredibly easy decision to work with them after our 1 hour phone consultation. Peter was warm, kind, and made every effor...t to save us money and time along every step of the way, even before we signed any contract with him. He was ALWAYS available to answer any and all of our questions (and we had alot) never once making us feel stupid or overwhelmed. Most importantly though, he was honest. About everything. He was honest when he thought that there was a portion that we didn't need him for and therefore shouldn't pay him even though we would have been willing to. Our case is nearly concluded now and the field officer conducting our interview actually commented on how prepared we were. He stated "normally, these take about 6 weeks to get approved. but you guys have so much evidence and your files are so well prepared that i'm pretty sure this will get approved by the end of the day" If you're on the fence about going with this firm, I would definitely recommend you do it. There are just so many legal potholes and pitfalls in the immigration legal process that you really need a guide to help you through it. Peter kyung navigated ALL of these pitfalls expertly at every turn and we never once felt like we were being taken for a ride.
