The Attorney You Want on Your Side

When my daughter called law enforcement for help during a domestic violence situation, she was the only one arrested—despite property damage, injuries, and a bystander being assaulted while trying to intervene. Given the circumstances, the situation felt incredibly unfair. Amber Ballente responded... immediately on a Sunday morning right after a holiday. I had no idea what to do, and she calmly stepped in, secured my daughter’s release, thoroughly reviewed the case, and pushed for a deeper evaluation of why only one party was charged. Because of her diligence and commitment to justice, the charges were dropped, and the matter is now being reviewed to ensure everything was handled appropriately. Great Attorney

We have been working with Amber since 2011. My family and friends have also used her in the past. She is great at what she does. Very knowledgeable and helpful. She helps with the preparation prior to the court date. In a resent case I had, I was looking to get a restraining order approved by the cou...rt. She was there to help me get it approved and was successful on the first court hearing. I will be using Amber as needed in the future.

The best attorney ever

I have referred to Attorney Amber Regina Bellante, from vary good friend of mine , She always Answering her phone I have hired her for a case of domestic violence , The 1st time I met her I felt the Experience Professionalism And the Confidence , Also she make me feel good about my case On the ...1st meeting she is a very good listener and she take her time to understand my situation, After I finish Talking to her she sat back in her chair she took a deep breath a with a nice smile and she said I hope to get the case dropped before it goes to court. And that's what happened my case never got to court. Fantastic Attorney

Amber was exceptional as an attorney for me. I was recommended to her by my ARAG, a pre-legal service. I found myself in a situation where I was accused of using scissors as a weapon. What the DA didn't realize was that it was a domestic violence case and I was protecting myself and my daughter. Afte...r negotiating with the DA and giving the full story, Amber was able to get the charges dropped. I am walking on cloud nine because now it will not impact my job.
