Yeeee!

I was facing 2 felony gun charges, drug charges and a DUI for alcohol and drugs. Amber filed a motion and got both felony gun charges dismissed and negotiated dismissal of the drug charges! ! I pled on the DUI and got the minimum sentence and didn't do time or work project. Then, she found out tha...t DMV was going to try to suspend my license completely for negligent operator for having 4 points on my driving record for an earlier accident and a speeding ticket. I didn't get notice of the 15 day period to ask for a hearing because they didn't have my new address but she requested the hearing and argued against me getting the negligent operator suspension and I got probation and no suspension! I am relieved because I need to drive and work. And my insurance would have skyrocketed. But I'm especially grateful that I won't have felonies on my record.
