Excellent Lawyer, case was dismissed!

Me and my friend got arrested in Fairfield. My friend was speeding 103mph and was charged with DWI, and I was charged with public intoxication. After hiring Amber Bellante my case was dismissed and my friends case was reduced to a wet and reckless. She's is very knowledgeable and experienced. Definit...ely worth the money. I would recommend her to all my friends.

A very humble honest Attorney that is very knowledgeable

I recently was on probation for a wet n reckless conviction. I was placed on a three year informal probation. I had a job opportunity come up, but was unable to get hired because of my probation status. I spoke to my Attorney who represented my case with my wet n reckless and he was very pessimistic ...in that he didn't believe or felt confident enough that I could be released off probation. He said he would try and file a motion, but no guarantees. I didn't feel comfortable with his demeanor. I know nothing in life is guaranteed, however he made it seem as if it was impossible to grant my motion for early termination off probation. I didn't like his response, so I decided to call around and search for a more comfortable answer. I called several defense lawyers and they had an outrageous amount they wanted to charge. After countless hours of calling lawyers, I was about ready to throw in the towel and give up. I came across Amber. I called her and she was very eagered to help me. She told me that she couldn't guarantee anything but that she was willing to try do her best to accomplish my request. I decided to meet with her in person. I retained her as my legal counsel. She would contact me periodically and ask for information, letters, and anything that would assist my case. I did all that she asked for and then she filed a motion to terminate my probation early. I waited anxiously until that day came. I waited in hopes that my gut feeling was right about her. That day came and I felt so pleased and relieved to know that my motion was granted. Amber is a very knowledgeable experience attorney. She understands that people make mistakes and understands how a simple incident can alter and change someones life indefinitely and/or temporarily. "She's a straight shooter" and I definitely recommend her and appreciate her compassion to help others. Thank you Amber!

QUICK AND EASY

Amber was an amazing lawyer . I was fined almost $ 4,000 but she was able to get most of my violations dropped and my bill was dropped down to just a few hundred dollars , i couldn't have asked for a better outcome. She made the hole process quick and easy

3rd dui/ accident

I recently hired Amber to represent me on a 3rd dui charge that also included a single car rollover. She also handled the hearing with the dmv about the license restriction. Amber was there every step of the way and was able to get my charge reduced to a wet reckless as well as cutting the sentence i...n half and the fine in half as well. The sentence was lowered to only a 9 month dui program and 1 year with a breathalyzer in my car and a minimal fine. Amber was more than helpful with everything that needed to be done even after the case was closed. I would highly recommend hiring Amber Bellante for your legal needs.

i highly recommend amber bellante for dui cases

Amber was great, this was not my first dui and although some penalties couldn't be avoided she made the experience acceptable, I was able to open my new business and stay in my daughters life and she saved me from my license being revoked which was amazing because the dea was attempting to ruin my li...fe and not factor in my good behavior they are becoming very vindictive towards people who make mistakes but amber showed compassion and her price was more than reasonable I highly recommend her
