I appreciate Mr. Rosenthal and his team greatly.

From the beginning Mr. Rosenthal and his team showed expertise in regards to the accident that I was involved in, but more importantly they all showed that they truly care. The law firm did an excellent job on my case.

I have never been involved in any kind of a law suit before and had no idea what all it would entail. Kellen Ray was easy for me to talk to and freely routed all of my concerns to David Rosenthal. Chris Kreeger did a nice job filling in for David when he was gone. Over-all the law office had my be...st interests the entire time, but left the choice and decisions up to me. I am very satisfied and feel I made the point I was hoping to make and could not have done any of it without the work David and the firm put into my case. It wasn't an easy case, complexed with lots of hidden surprises. Thanks to your depositions with the other parties I know a lot more about what happened with my son the day he died. Once again I would like to compliment Kellen on his interactions with people. He is positive, hard-working and tries to make things as easy as possible for you. I hope Rosenthal & Kreeger know what an asset this senior litigation paralegal is to their firm. Thank you all for all the time, work you put into my case.

Mr. Rosenthal and his team were our legal champions.

My wife and I were driving to our son’s for Sunday brunch, five minutes away. My wife made waffle dough. We stopped at a red light, nothing eventful. The light turned green, we started through the intersection, and, BAM, lights out! The first thing I remember is laying on a stretcher in the middle of... the intersection, my wife telling the ambulance driver that I needed to go to the hospital. Car parts were strewn all over the street. After several days in ICU I’m back at home. Our car was totaled. I felt that we were ‘wronged’, but lucky to be alive. I was still dazed from the whole event but figured that we needed legal representation right away. My wife and I have never done lawyers, never needed to. We had no idea how to find a good one, no idea what legal competence looked like, so we researched. Bottom line, looking back, it seems like dumb luck that we found Mr. Rosenthal. He and his team were our legal champions. From the beginning, and throughout the entire process, they pursued our best interests; often in ways I had not even considered. Their experience and performance was impressive. I never had to worry about the legal aspect of our horrible adventure. I hope I never need to use Mr. Rosenthal’s services again, but if I do, I would. Greatly appreciated Mr. Rosenthal!

Mr. Rosenthal and his staff were amazing!

My accident was a traumatic experience for me. Mr. Rosenthal answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable in my difficult time. He kept my best interests in mind, and did not drag things out. He was professional and proficient with my case and it settled for more than I was expecting.
