Dave and his team deliver top quality service and are trustworthy!

I have been in terrible, lingering pain and unable to perform some daily tasks and recreational-exercise due to the pain. I have been through acupuncture, massage therapy, injections, physical therapy and sent for consults. I suffer from neck, shoulder and arm pain that I feel on a daily basis. Dave ...and his team deliver top quality service and are trustworthy! I have never needed an attorney before and he and his team handled my case with care, empathy and professionalism. I am grateful my case was settled and I can now try to move forward.

The Rosenthal Law Team performed well

The Rosenthal Law Team performed well above my expectations. I was involved in a rear end collision which resulted in a mid back injury and re aggravating a previous lower back injury. I did not know what the process was for hiring an attorney, seeking the appropriate medical care or how to navigate ...through the insurance claim process. The Rosenthal Team made the process easy and had my best at heart from day one. They were always available to help with my needs and answer any questions. Very professional and helpful

Eli was hit by uninsured driver Mr. Rosenthal's office took care of all my needs walked me through everything and got me the best settlement available they were very professional and helpful throughout the process would highly recommend them to anyone if I could rate higher I would. Thank you all so much!

I was in a car accident where someone pulled into my lane without looking going much slower than me and I rear ended them. I suffered a concussion, bruising, broken left wrist and nerve damage to my hand. I had to go to the ER by ambulance and have them set my wrist. I then required pins to be put in... place to hold my wrist bones in place. I then required a nerve repair surgery and a carpal tunnel injection, which were not fully effective. I will now have permanent nerve damage in my hand due to the accident. I am a cake decorator, so this accident severely affects my lifestyle. When I arrived to meet Mr. Rosenthal, Barbara greeted me with a hug and assured that the team would do everything in their power to help me get a settlement for my pain and suffering. The team was very responsive to my calls and emails and spent countless hours answering all of my questions and preparing me for a nerve wracking deposition. They even had a lien my insurance placed on my lawsuit reduced by thousands. I am very glad I chose to work with this law firm. They helped me so much, even after I moved from Sacramento to Chicago.
