Kathleen and Bobbi are incredible at what they do. I fully expected to have my license suspended because of my dui and in order to be able to drive I would have had to install a breathalyzer in my vehicle for at least 6 months. Kathleen called me on the day of my dmv hearing and told me that she won!... I was shocked because this is very rare. Now I get my license back with no restrictions. Kathleen assisted me with a DUI matter. She succeeded in getting the DUI charge reduced to Wet Reckless. As part of my fines and penalties, the court ordered I attend a 12 hour alcohol education program certified by the state of California. I’m not a California resident, attending an alcohol pro...gram in California would be a tremendous burden. Kathleen successfully filed a motion with the court to remove the ordered education program.
