I hired Advocate Jagbir Karkiana in January 2024 for a legal case. Initially, he took a 20% payment from me, and after 3 to 4 months, he took another 25%. After that, he stopped answering my calls, did not show up on the scheduled dates, and did not reply to my emails. I also gave his contact to a fe...w of my friends, but unfortunately, they faced the same issues. They also did not get any response to their calls or emails. I tried multiple times to contact him, but he deliberately ignored me. Because of him, I had to face huge troubles; not just mine, but my friends’ cases also got ruined because of this one advocate. I hope that this review will help people stay alert and avoid such fraud. This person wasted my time and money, and I do not want this to happen to anyone else.”

I left a message with Terkiana law firm. I received a call from a person who spoke Punjabi and no English. I do understand Hindi so I continued the conversation. I was toldthat I must deposit 250$ before I can get a first conversation with a knowledgeable person. Ideally, I would prefer the conversat...ion tobein English. I would like to know that the lawyer is able and willing to work on the case before I pay any money. I would also like to know what is the fee before I pay any money. This wasextremely unprofessional conduct.
