One hell of a attorney

Stephanie is such a honest and trustworthy person .. She handled my case and is now handling my expungement. Unlike many attorneys who are out just for money , Stephanie truly cares and wants the best for the client . Very reasonable to talk to . I would not go to anyone else as long as she's in busi...ness .. Hopefully I won't need a attorney again , but if I do , Stephanie is the only one

Thank You Stephanie!!! You are amazing

Stephanie Rickard was an awesome attorney. I have never been in trouble with the law until my recent DUI. I was lost, depressed, and worried about what was going to happen next. I gave Stephanie a call and scheduled a consultation. The consultation was amazing and I decided to hire her on the spot. ...She made me feel at ease, and I was finally able to relax and not stress so much. Stephanie answered all the questions I had. I would just be sitting around the house, at work, or out shopping and I would text her random questions regarding my case. She would always respond to each text with the answer I was looking for. When it was time for my court date, Stephanie appeared on my behalf and called me right away with the outcome. I was expecting so many different harsh penalties, but the outcome was not even close to what I was expecting, all thanks to Stephanie. Stephanie is a wonderful lawyer and I would highly recommend her services. Hopefully I don’t get into any more legal trouble, but if I do I know who to call.

Angel From Heaven

Wow! Where to even start?! Oh my lord. Stephanie Rickard is seriously an angel sent from above. I have had her for every single case I have ever caught, and I refuse to ever go to anyone else. She is very easy to talk to, makes you feel very comfortable, is clear at all times, keeps her word, her ...fees are absolutely unbelievably amazing for what she delivers. I personally believe she should charge 8-10x more because she is just incredible and is worth every penny. The relationships she has with the Judges, DA's, other Lawyers, etc her reputation in the courthouse is felt the moment her presence enters a room. You feel safe, you feel protected, you feel confident, and you know that everything is going to be ok. When she says she's going to do something, she does it. Extremely punctual, reliable, friendly, professional, and someone I would recommend to the world. Please give her a call or an email, she is worth your time and your time is worth the money. She truly is blessed at what she does and has a true gift that people wish for.

Best Lawyer I have ever worked with

Stephanie was by far the best defense attorney I have ever worked with. I was caught up in a unfortunate situation where I was facing license suspension, delaying an officer, and a felony possession. Two of the three circumstances were no fault of my own, and the officer abused his authority. Stepha...nie heard my case and instantly took charge of the situation and handled everything! I never had to take a day off of work or even show up in a court room. She was able to reach reasonable compromise that was more than fair given the situation. She keep me informed every step of the way by phone and mail. I was always in the loop. Several times she had to appear in court to work out the stipulations for a dismal and through her experience, legal knowledge, and sheer persistence , the ultimate goal was accomplished and the issue was resolved. Case closed!!! She not only took care of the problem but secured a solid future for me in that I would still maintain a clean record. Words can't describe how grateful I am for a legit, and honest lawyer. On behalf of my family and myself thank you Stephanie!

Highly Recommended - 5 Star Experience

I’m happy to recommend the services of Stephanie M. Rickard to anyone in need of a great DUI lawyer. In December 2013 I made the poor decision to drink and drive, my poor decision resulted in an accident and my arrest. It was a week before Christmas and since I had never been in any kind of legal t...rouble I was a nervous wreck. AVVO helped me locate DUI attorneys in the San Jose. I interviewed a total of 6 by phone and only two were responsive during the holidays. Stephanie was the only one available to meet with me on the 23rd. I was ready to hire another attorney but after meeting Stephanie I knew she was the attorney for me: professional, communicative, compassionate, and competent. She explained the legal process to me and began to calm my nerves. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner and she kept me well informed via phone, text, and email. When it was time to review the police report she was flexible about scheduling an appointment with me to discuss my plea and a list of possible outcomes. When the day of my arraignment finally arrived she called me right away to let me know the outcome.
