Great lawyer to work with!

She was able to thoroughly analyze my situation and provided couple scenarios that were similar to my case. I could feel that she knows what she is doing for sure. The result could have not been better and she was super nice and prompt on my sudden requests for appintments as well.

Sharp

Stephanie is sharp as a tack in your seat. She helped me navigate and understand the DUI system. She got my community service greatly reduced.

Really happy !! Somebody that really cares about the client

Case of Domestic Violence and threat. One of few lawyers that LISTENS to you. Out of many lawyers I consulted ,very few actually listened to me. Very Knowledgeable,honest and I was happy with the initial consultation itself. Got ALL my legal questions answered.She is really concerned about the clien...t and points you in the right direction and to right people.I have called nearly 20 lawyers so far and I am only relieved after meeting with her today ! I would come back to her any day !!

Stephanie is a Godsend!

Years ago I worked as a manager inside a prominent legal firm in downtown San Jose, so when I found myself in legal trouble, I naturally turned to one of the patent lawyers with whom I'd worked for help finding a criminal defense attorney. I was told in no uncertain terms that Stephanie Rickard... was the best defense lawyer in Santa Clara County, and my experience hiring her to defend me leads me to believe that it's true. Before becoming a criminal defense attorney, Stephanie worked in the district attorney's office in Santa Clara County; thus, she knows both sides of the aisle and is well respected by judges and prosecutors which translates into a stronger defense for her clients. I was facing time in jail, but Stephanie was able to eventually have the case dismissed! Throughout the ordeal, from beginning to end, she was straight forward and comforting. Stephanie was an answer to prayer, and I was extremely fortunate to have her represent me. If you're in criminal trouble, she's the one to hire!

Best in Santa Clara County

Stephanie Rickart is an absolute lifesaver. This is the second (2nd) time I have retained her as my lawyer. She has delivered both times with impeccable results. I have absolutely zero The result/deliberations of the Findings of Fact are only the tip-of-the-iceberg. The processes involved with Court ...Motions, Discovery, and the like are shrouded in as mystery to me as they may be to someone that has never stepped foot into a courtroom. To be completely honest, I have no idea how or what goes into being a top-tier defense attorney. It was not my calling, and will always defer that responsibility to my betters. A few things I can comment on are: the care, dependability, understanding, and concern that Stephanie has provided. I truly feel Stephanie, not only wants to negotiate the best outcome for her clients, but also genuinely looks at lifestyle concerns and individual situations. She takes all this into account while handling the things that we all would like to put behind us. She has consistently delivered, by far, the most outstanding results that I could wish for, and does so with conduct that clearly demonstrates the way elite legal work should be handled. Both times she has handled my dilemmas (2 DUIs w/in 10yrs), I have had complete peace of mind, both throughout the process and scheduled court appearances. I was facing jail-time and ridiculous fines/loss of license/DUI school, etc. She had all my charges reduced and no loss of license; no jail-time either. It is so beneficial to know that the retained legal entity you invest into has your best interests at heart completely. This is the type of treatment you will experience with Stephanie Rickart.
