Best Attorney in the Bay Area!

I found myself in a situation and I needed an attorney. After reading reviews and speaking with several law offices I went to meet with Stephanie Rickard. She took notes and asked questions as I explained what had happened. She reassured me and explained how the process would work and what she cou...ld do for me. As I left her office I felt confident that I was in good hands. And I was! Stephanie followed up with the court and ultimately got the best settlement possible for my situation. Stephanie is knowledgable and smart. She worked hard for me and justice prevailed. I recommend Stephanie highly!

Best in Santa Clara County

Stephanie Rickart is an absolute lifesaver. This is the second (2nd) time I have retained her as my lawyer. She has delivered both times with impeccable results. I have absolutely zero The result/deliberations of the Findings of Fact are only the tip-of-the-iceberg. The processes involved with Court ...Motions, Discovery, and the like are shrouded in as mystery to me as they may be to someone that has never stepped foot into a courtroom. To be completely honest, I have no idea how or what goes into being a top-tier defense attorney. It was not my calling, and will always defer that responsibility to my betters. A few things I can comment on are: the care, dependability, understanding, and concern that Stephanie has provided. I truly feel Stephanie, not only wants to negotiate the best outcome for her clients, but also genuinely looks at lifestyle concerns and individual situations. She takes all this into account while handling the things that we all would like to put behind us. She has consistently delivered, by far, the most outstanding results that I could wish for, and does so with conduct that clearly demonstrates the way elite legal work should be handled. Both times she has handled my dilemmas (2 DUIs w/in 10yrs), I have had complete peace of mind, both throughout the process and scheduled court appearances. I was facing jail-time and ridiculous fines/loss of license/DUI school, etc. She had all my charges reduced and no loss of license; no jail-time either. It is so beneficial to know that the retained legal entity you invest into has your best interests at heart completely. This is the type of treatment you will experience with Stephanie Rickart. THE BEST ATTORNEY EVER! WOW!

Stephanie has represented me multiple times. She is great. She has a good repoire with judges and the DA. She is compassionate, articulate, reliable, down-to-earth, and works hard on your case as if it is the only one she has. Her rates are reasonable. She does not keep gouging you for more. I, Teresa Carroll retained Stephanie for my adult mental health daughter, she has been very supportive, understanding and patient with my daughter, because working with mental health along with an addition can be very challenging, she also informs me on everything going on with her case, cause I wor...k seven days a week if can't make court she calls me afterward without, me asking, I really like and appreciate that very much communication is the key, I feel safe and secure that she has my daughters best interest at heart, my daughter really likes her too, she's nothing like lawyer we had at first, we had at first, thank you Stephanie. DUI lawyer

This review is overdue but I need to share my experience in the hopes that it might help someone who’s looking for a trustworthy lawyer who will go the distance for you, because that’s how I found Stephanie Rickard. In March this year, my worst nightmare came true when I was arrested for a DUI and dr...iving with an expired license. My BAC was .21 and pardon the drama, but basically I thought my life was over. As an international student I had major concerns about how this would all affect my status here, as well as any scholarships I was counting on for school. I cannot overstate how good Stephanie Rickard is at what she does. She somehow got my BAC lowered to .19, which of course made all the difference in terms of the 3-month DUI program versus 9-months, the fine amount, my license restriction. I served 5 days at the Weekend Work Program in Cupertino. More than anything though, she was a source of strength when the whole nightmare was playing out in my head. Right from the beginning I knew I was in good hands. She was understanding, for the most part easy to get a hold of, updated me, and kept me sane. Do yourself a favor and call her.
