Stephanie Rickard is the Best of the Best!

Stephanie Rickard is a brilliant and highly regarded Criminal Defense Attorney who stands preeminent amongst her peers in the legal profession. She has excellent ratings from all her clients and has an immensely impressive success rate, and I would highly recommend her office as the one and only law ...office anyone should consult with if they are ever in a situation facing any manner of criminal charges. My family was privileged to have her represent us in a complex case, which she recently resolved successfully with the best possible outcome, while having several serious charges dropped. And we truly believe that no other Attorney would have been able to achieve a fair resolution as such, as successfully as she did. Right from the start of our initial consultation with her, we felt absolute confidence in her expertise and professionalism in handling our difficult case, and we knew she would fight hard to get the best result for us, which is exactly what she delivered. Stephanie by all means is the crème de la crème in her profession, and no matter the complexity of your case she will be by your side to give you the best legal representation possible, and whatever the outcome may be she will defend you with finesse and integrity. She is completely dedicated to each case she handles, and is also very compassionate and caring towards her clients and will always have time to answer any questions and provide reassurance however busy her schedule may be. She has a nuanced understanding of the legal framework, and will work with you every step of the way to get all the necessary information needed to help with the case, and will keep you up to date of the court process in a timely manner. She is also very personable and compelling, and when she walks into the courtroom her presence is known to all, including the judge and prosecutor. And while we were lucky not to have our case go to trial, if it had, undoubtedly she would have been fearsome, admired and a force to reckon with! We would also never forget her wonderful assistant Linda who is incredibly efficient and was always there to greet us with a smile, and treated us like family everytime we walked into her office. Stephanie's law office truly cares and believes in what they do, and it's an overwhelming experience to have someone like Stephanie believe in you and speak on your behalf. And not only is she an outstanding Attorney at Law, but she is also an amazing human being! This beautiful lady gave our peace of mind back to us, and we consider ourselves lucky to have had her on our side. And though this one platform is certainly not enough to express the deep gratitude we feel for Stephanie, we do hope that she understands how much her esteemed counsel meant to us. An actual lifesaver

I’ve had Stephanie before for previous cases, and from the moment i contacted her, she was on top of things. I was very scared, and she made sure to clearly inform me of the materials i needed to gather together prior to my court date, and when the time came, she was able to keep me out of jail. I am... super appreciative of her and her work, and would recommend her to anyone in need of an amazing lawyer with a heart of gold.

Best in the Bay

Stephanie is a gem. We have no doubt that she is the best criminal defense lawyer in the Bay. We are thankful that we hired her to handle our case. She miraculously secured the best outcome we imagined, even though the odds were against us. Stephanie is sharp. We appreciated her direct, no-nonsen...se approach, and her high level of experience in her field. She is well connected, respected, and owns the courtroom. We placed all of our trust in her and followed all of her advice. We are grateful we did because the charges faced would have put my family’s future in jeopardy. Stephanie is warm. Juvenile case

Stephanie has been great for our case. She was able to position the facts correctly to get the case dismissed. 5-Stars and more for being a great lawyer and amazing human being!

Stephanie Rickard is well known and respected both at the court and with fellow lawyers. She is knowledgeable, charismatic and well connected. She handled my domestic violence misdemeanor case and got the case dismissed when she came to know that the 911 call was staged by my ex-spouse based on the s...uggestion from his divorce lawyer as they did not want to give alimony. She not only listened to my situation with patience and got the case dismissed within 5 months of the incident, but also supported and guided me emotionally when I was in a state of shock and despair. He filed for divorce during the criminal case trial to harass me further and said he will hurt me on the criminal case if I asked for alimony (I did not take it anyway). After speaking with several well-respected professionals, non-profit organizations and VC’s in the Bay Area about my experience, I found that many divorce lawyers in California recommend their clients to stage 911 call over their spouse to avoid paying alimony. This is absolutely brutal and unethical and the criminal court/community must be made aware of this. 5 starts to Stephanie for being a great criminal defense lawyer and an additional one for being a great human being. Thank you for helping me get my life back on track. We definitely need more people like her in the legal community!
