Great lawyer to work with!

She was able to thoroughly analyze my situation and provided couple scenarios that were similar to my case. I could feel that she knows what she is doing for sure. The result could have not been better and she was super nice and prompt on my sudden requests for appintments as well.

The best choice

If you need a good criminal or DUI lawyer, Stephane Rickard is who you need. A few years back I received a DUI with a felony charge. After calling around to several lawyers I found Stephanie. She was knowledgeable & helpful, fought hard for me. She walked me through every step of the process an...d was very quick to respond to any questions or concern I had. The felony was dropped altogether and I received minimal DUI charges. Without her, I don’t know what would have happened. Fast forward a few years later, I needed legal advice and she was still there for me. From day one I knew I had made the right choice choosing Stephanie and I recommend her to anyone. Stephanie is an excellent attorney and life changer

Long story short, I was facing very serious weapons charges due to California's extremely strict firearms laws. I am a law abiding citizen, former member of the military and career software engineer that messed up 20 years ago and California charged me with various weapons and ammo charges stemming f...rom those previous mistakes. Stephanie worked diligently and with compassion on my case. She took the time to get to know me and my situation and ability to navigate the legal morass helped me out tremendously. I was facing multiple felonies and state prison time and due to her tireless dedication she worked with the courts to get me a SINGLE misdemeanor, dismissal of the major charges with a minimal fine and a few days of community service. Stephanie saved my life, my career and my freedom and she asked very little in return. Do yourself a favor and hire Stephanie and LISTEN to what she has to say to you. Follow her guidance and you will get the best possible outcome to your case. Stephanie is the type of team member that is always working for you and I cannot emphasize enough her skills in negotiating what is best for you. I hope to never require her services again, but if and when I do I sincerely hope she is there for me to fight by my side once again. When it comes to defending yourself in court, do no rely on luck - rely on Stephanie!

Best Lawyer, period.

So I'm sure you all know how bad a divorce can go and the details of that are not important for this review. What is important is that once the ex cleaned me out and used every common system manipulation to destroy my heart, finances, career and the such while living the night life I panicked and ran... for a lawyer. I did my homework and landed on the choice of having Stephanie represent me after the ugliest divorce got uglier and Santa Clara County granted a temporary restraining order on me and I didn't realize that a few phone calls to see my children would get me arrested due to the ex claiming false accusations and played the I'm scared card in front of a judge. Okay so I'm not an "in trouble with the law" type of guy and don't know the language of the courts at all, but Stephanie definitely does in a major way. we would walk in and all other cases would stop so we could take care of business and be gone. That is no exaggeration. This woman knows her stuff, knows her territory, and knows everyone in that territory both for and opposing. I don't care what your case is. Stephanie will handle it. I never thought I would say this and mean it, but when it came time to pay her for her flawless services it was more than reasonable. To be honest, by the end of the civil side of the divorce I haven't much left and she most likely could sense that. I have to go against the stereotypical point of view and say Stephanie pulls off being a great lawyer and having a big heart.

First off, going through a DUI case can be one of the most stressful and nerve wrecking events in a persons life and it can happen to ANYBODY! I solicited legal representation from Stephanie after a referral and felt I was in good hands from the start.
