One of the best you will find

Stephanie is an awesome attorney i would not recommend anyone other then her. She worked her magic to get the best possible outcome on my DUI. She was able to get me weekend work program instead of serving time. She is quick to respond and answer any questions.

A satisfied client

First off, going through a DUI case can be one of the most stressful and nerve wrecking events in a persons life and it can happen to ANYBODY! I solicited legal representation from Stephanie after a referral and felt I was in good hands from the start. She and her team thoroughly examined and ev...aluated all aspects of the case, patientely answered all questions, and most importantly provided clear and detailed instructions on what steps to take in the process and when. She has excellent rapport with the courts and judges and defended my case to the full extent of the law. There's no substitute for caring and effective legal representation, and that is exactly what was provided to me. Don't put your trust in an advertised DUI lawyer, take my personal testimony as a referral and ask for a consultation from Stephanie should the need arise.

The best female attorney in Santa Clara county!

Words can't describe her compassion, dedication and professionalism. On my third DUI no jail time/community service. She's got me the best deal that I could only dream of. She is also SUPER fair on her price. Just the best. Thank you Stephanie.

Best in Santa Clara County

Stephanie Rickart is an absolute lifesaver. This is the second (2nd) time I have retained her as my lawyer. She has delivered both times with impeccable results. I have absolutely zero The result/deliberations of the Findings of Fact are only the tip-of-the-iceberg. The processes involved with Court ...Motions, Discovery, and the like are shrouded in as mystery to me as they may be to someone that has never stepped foot into a courtroom. To be completely honest, I have no idea how or what goes into being a top-tier defense attorney. It was not my calling, and will always defer that responsibility to my betters. A few things I can comment on are: the care, dependability, understanding, and concern that Stephanie has provided. I truly feel Stephanie, not only wants to negotiate the best outcome for her clients, but also genuinely looks at lifestyle concerns and individual situations. She takes all this into account while handling the things that we all would like to put behind us. She has consistently delivered, by far, the most outstanding results that I could wish for, and does so with conduct that clearly demonstrates the way elite legal work should be handled. Both times she has handled my dilemmas (2 DUIs w/in 10yrs), I have had complete peace of mind, both throughout the process and scheduled court appearances. I was facing jail-time and ridiculous fines/loss of license/DUI school, etc. She had all my charges reduced and no loss of license; no jail-time either. DUI while Visiting

Originally from Southern California, I was in Silicon Valley working on a year long contract and was 8 months in when I was picked up for being heavily intoxicated behind the wheel. Not knowing whether or not my work contract would be extended, Stephanie was able to negotiate a deal for community ser...vice, which could be done in either location at any time, rather then the Sheriff's Work Program, which was inflexible. She made the whole experience a painless as possible and kept me informed during every step.
