What is "A Good Attorney "?

I've hired Stephanie Rickard 6 times in the past 30 years. Her clients reviews state she is caring and completely involved with her clients. I now see these qualities as something I overlooked and took for granted remembering calling her cell phone one day frantic with questions about my case . Aft...er almost 30 minutes I got off the phone in relief. My wife looked at me and said " you do know it's Thanksgiving Day right? You can imagine how stupid I felt. What I didn't overlook was her skill and experience . It's always a good idea to hire a good local lawyer with experience in your county for obvious reasons as they know how the system works within and how each judge has their own likes and dislikes when it comes to how a lawyer presents and requests information. She is so respected in and out of courtrooms that every argument she makes on her clients behalf gets everyone's (including the judge's) full attention and respect. And they darn well better. They know all to well how good she is and will not make the mistake of under estimating the point she is making. She is in charge in the courtroom . She is by far one of the best attorneys in the world. I tell people this and the main question I get is " Will She Get My Case Dismissed "? I will give you the same answer I give everybody who asks that question.... " If there is a microscopic blemish in the police report or somewhere else in your case that might give you a 1% chance for a dismissal , I know with out a doubt, Stephanie will quickly find this blemish and present it to your judge in the best possible way. And if she can't know one can. She is a fighter type attorney who will exhaust every aspect on your behalf. And that's not really the impressive part of her considering any attorney can overstep boundaries in a courtroom. But I guarantee no other attorney gets the unbelievable respect as Stephanie. More than occasionally I've seen a judge struggle to follow her confident quick minded responses. You can really see the courtroom paying full attention to her and not wanting to make any mistake misunderstanding the point she is making. I've sat in on a couple of hearings to watch her. It's really quite an experience when you aren't sweating over you own case and can really appreciate her skill and experience. Cheers my friends.

Great/Best Lawyer

thank you Stephanie. without your help my career will be ending. Stephanie is the best criminal defense lawyer in the bay area. If she says second no one will say first. i was falsely accused and also extorted by my partner. the case was dismissed and PO was terminated right away. only the best lawye...r can do that. strongly recommend. She cared about me from the beginning of the case to the end. even after the case is over, she also helps answer any questions i might have. the best in the west!! I owe you a lot super thanks again for your help

Ms Rickard is THE BEST

I was terrified when I was slapped with a hit and run charge following a tap to another car's bumper. Ms Rickard returned my call on a SUNDAY after I left a message for her. She represented me in court and obtained the best possible outcome for the case. I followed the court's rules and the case w...as eventually dismissed. Every interaction with Ms Rickard was smooth and easy to understand. I've never had anything to do with a court and I was quite scared. I was more than satisfied with her expertise and prompt handling of my case. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Honest lawyer and responsive team

I would like to start saying she is very experienced. From the consulting to the court date, made me feel well represented. From her team, Linda was very kind and responsive to my silly questions. Also, she is judgement free and just gave me positive advises , just listen to her opinion of your case... and take it from there. I'm very surprised how responsive she was with me , knowing she must be a very busy attorney. I did research and is exactly what others say, an excellent person and attorney. I would keep going on and on, but is not neccesary. She is transparent anf straight forward.

Highly recommend very professional & caring

We retained Stephanie for my husbands criminal case and we are very grateful for the outcome. Although, it took a year Stephanie was able to lower the Felony to a Misdemeanor with no jail time! This case had her going back and forth, she did not want to settle for less! She gave it her all and helped... my husband get a minimal sentence that wouldn’t affect his immigration case. We are very thankful for that !! We had good communication with her throughout the case in every court she would update me and would clarify any questions and concerns. I 100% recommend her as your attorney she’s very caring and will fight for your case to get the best results.
