5-Stars and more for being a great lawyer and amazing human being!

Stephanie Rickard is well known and respected both at the court and with fellow lawyers. She is knowledgeable, charismatic and well connected. She handled my domestic violence misdemeanor case and got the case dismissed when she came to know that the 911 call was staged by my ex-spouse based on the s...uggestion from his divorce lawyer as they did not want to give alimony. She not only listened to my situation with patience and got the case dismissed within 5 months of the incident, but also supported and guided me emotionally when I was in a state of shock and despair. He filed for divorce during the criminal case trial to harass me further and said he will hurt me on the criminal case if I asked for alimony (I did not take it anyway). After speaking with several well-respected professionals, non-profit organizations and VC’s in the Bay Area about my experience, I found that many divorce lawyers in California recommend their clients to stage 911 call over their spouse to avoid paying alimony. This is absolutely brutal and unethical and the criminal court/community must be made aware of this. 5 starts to Stephanie for being a great criminal defense lawyer and an additional one for being a great human being. Thank you for helping me get my life back on track. We definitely need more people like her in the legal community!

The best attorney you can hire

I was arrested for a DUI last April, I’d never been arrested before and the whole situation had me on edge for what felt like a lifetime. I read through Stephanie’s reviews and I knew she would be the best person to help me. At first I was a little wary that her reviews were too good to be true, but ...not even slightly! Stephanie and I spoke on the phone and she explained how the case would proceed, how long it would take and the different elements to it. She is incredibly patient (despite me being impatient as it was my first time) and knowledgeable, and does not promise anything that he cannot deliver. I met with her shortly after our phone call and we talked some more, she told me she would try his best to get my DUI down to a reckless driving. I was relieved that there was hope that I would be able to walk away from my situation without a DUI on my record for the next few years! I left her office with a huge smile on my face! Stephanie not only helped with my court case, but also with my DMV hearings which helped me not getting my license suspended and keeping my driving history clean. Finally my case had been rejected by the District Attorney’s and the charges have been completely dismissed! I’m so incredibly happy with the results Stephanie worked for and I feel so blessed to have Stephanie on my side to help me through my DUI! I would recommend as your first lawyer for the best outcome of your case.

Stephanie is the one you want

THE BEST DECISION IN MY LIFE was to hire Stephanie Rickard as my lawyer. Me being a 29 year mother of a 7 years old amazing son who just recently back home the thought of being taken into custody just was not a option not to me and when in the court room not to Stephanie . This lawyer is not just a l...awyer she's family to me and that's what I felt in the c10ourtroom when she was by my side 2 times that I was or should have been remanded and sitting in there for 6 months. All the judge had and the da was MAJOR RESPECT for Stephanie and what I was just amazed by was her ability to DEFEND AND PROTECT me as her client. I felt like if I didn't have her I was going to be chewed up and spit out and nothing that I could say or do would help me get out of the mess I was in. I can honestly say that Stephanie's fees were inexpensive and that every dime was beyond worth it spent on her services. SHE IS THE REASON I HAVE MY FREEDOM TODAY and that's something she took pride and dedication in. If you need a lawyer in any aspect of the judicial system she is very very educated and very smart and persuasive and to say the least persistent. Great lawyer to work with!

She was able to thoroughly analyze my situation and provided couple scenarios that were similar to my case. I could feel that she knows what she is doing for sure. The result could have not been better and she was super nice and prompt on my sudden requests for appintments as well.
