Repeat Client - D White

Stephanie always went above and beyond to keep me informa about proccedings, possible pitfalls, and options on events. Her creativity and knowledge allowed me the best possible outcome to my issues. I appreciate the work she has done for me and would recommend her time and time again.

Consumate Professional

Ms. Rickard is the absolute consumate professional, and without question the most thorough, personable, knowledgeable, and results-oriented attorney I have ever worked with. Her accessibility, concern, and follow-through are just a few of her many strong attributes as both a wonderful person and as ...an outstanding attorney.

Stephanie Rickard was a joke!

My first impression was on entering her reception. I approached the desk and I said good morning to the male clerk at the reception desk. He said nothing, only "yes". I repeated myself and said good morning on which he replied, "Yes". This happened for a third time with the same reply. I couldn't bel...ieve how rude he was and I do wish that I had done a 180° and left. I ignored his ignorance and informed him that I had an appointment with Stephanie Rickard. To cut a long story short she never informed me that I had a warrant out for my arrest and I found out by chance by another attorney after I had paid her up front. I was always hopeful that she might pull through for me but she was always slow to return my calls and I never felt properly informed or that she was there for me. My instincts was proven right at the end of my court dates etc..I wish I had not paid her upfront she was not at all in my corner. ..I would definitely not recommend her. "All power corrupts". The economy is due to collapse this September and she will be brought down like the rest of us...that applies to her pathetic clerk at reception. Good riddance!

I am sorry that you did not feel that the receptionist treated you well. I am concerned because this is my only negative review and I do not have a client with your fact pattern. I would appreciate it if you could call me to discus this so that we can address this issue.
