I would to start off by saying that I had a ticket for driving with a suspended license. I was so frustrated that I got this ticket when i had a valid license at the time of when i received it. I had my license taken away from getting a DUI but they gave me a Temporary License for 30 days. I got the ...ticket July 30, 2008 and recieved the Temporary License July 17, 2008 and it was good for 30 days after that. I tried to explain to the Judge that i should of never received the ticket but he only offered me to pay the fine of $134. I was so upset, so I accepted it and sat down to wait for my paperwork. As I was sitting, Francisco said to me that I should of NEVER accepted the offer. The Judge looked over and asked if there was something that Francisco wanted to say because he heard us talking. The judge then asked if Francisco wanted to explain something to him that he can reopen up the case and represent me POVONO. Francisco then ACCEPTED the invitation and the case was reopened immediately. After a few moments, we stepped out of court and I explained to Francisco the situation. We went back into court and got called up, Francisco approached the Bench and explained to the Judge that my license was never suspended at the time of the citation and the Judge overlooked everything and after it was cleared up, the Judge then announced that he was going to Dismiss the ticket for "Insufficiant Evidence". I was so excited that Francisco was there at the right time. He told me that he couldn't stand an innocent man go in flames and that he wasnted to say something. I appreciate what he did for me, especially for not knowing him to go out of his way. I wanna say "thank you very much". I would highly recommend him in the future. God answered my prayers and justice was served. Thank you again Franciso for having a good heart.

This was my son's second misdemeanor prosecution. The first was outrageously minor, literally $8 petty theft, yet the DA in Santa Clara County treated it like a murder case. He was picked up on an FTA warrant, held FIVE days with no bail. The attorney I had in that case literally seemed to be AF...RAID of the DA, intimidated by him, and needless to say did not represent my son well AT ALL (the DA picked up on his intimidation, believe me). He urged my son to take the conviction, and two years probation. Fast forward to the currently completed case with Francisco -- could NOT have been more different. Here, the theft was higher, and he was also charged with "burglary." A true advocate for his client, and NOT intimidated, Francisco worked out a deal for my son where he received NO JAIL, NO CONVICTION, AND ONLY $200 IN A FINE, ALONG WITH 20 HRS COMMUNITY SERVICE AND A CLASS! WHAT A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE -- THIS WAS A GREAT OUTCOME FOR MY SON A-N-D THE TAXPAYING PUBLIC! RECOMMENDED!

Francisco was a great lawyer. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and his record speaks for itself. I had gotten myself in a lot of trouble in a 4 month period with three tickets, one being a 2 point misdemeanor. My only regret is that I tried dealing with this ticket myself. Which made Fran...cisco's job much more difficult but in the end he came through fixing my mistakes. My biggest piece of advise for anyone looking to beat a traffic ticket is pick your lawyer right and Francisco Rodriguez is my number one choice!
