My license never got suspended, I was never ordered community service, and the ...class I had to take was only 12 hours long. Through the whole process, Mark was extremely informative and would send me lengthy emails with everything I needed to know about my case. He would even send reminder phone calls the day before my court cases. Anytime I had a question or concern, I would simply email Mark and he would respond quickly within a few hours.
