The ones recommended to me through friends did not even bother returning my calls and one was overly priced compare to Mark's rates and sounded disingenuous as well. I was very skeptical with any lawyers and I have expressed ...the same skepticism to Mark as well. He was not pushy with making me hire him. He assessed my case and provided me realistic outcomes. I had an accident in addition to a high BAC. It was obvious I was going to receive serious fines, lengthy DUI school program and penalties based on my case. He explained all the possible outcomes, but Mark assured me that he will do everything he can to mitigate my fines/penalties and he sure did! Some of the bad reviews claim that Mark was stern or not personable and did not return calls, but people need to understand he handles multiple cases. Mark is definitely responsive and answered all my questions. Mark will lay out a step by step plan to in order to have a successful outcome or at least mitigate your punishment. If you follow each instruction and be proactive, it will definitely help you down the line. I followed Mark's instructions from beginning to end and it resulted in a quick resolution for my case. If I had not hired Mark, I would probably still be waiting for my hearing date. It only took about 6 months to resolve my issue. Trust in the reviews and don't let 1% bad reviews discourage you. If i had to give Mark a rating, i would say its more like 3.5 but i rounded it off to 4 since he wasn't a bad choice. Situation: 2nd DUI 0.09 BAC and 0.09 Blood test On my first one, i also got 0.09 BAC and got a wet and wreckless. No accident for both. Pro: Cheap attorney fees, fast response ...on emails, good guidance overall on how to navigate the whole DUI situation with tips and advice. Many years of experience in this field so he knows some tricks. Con: Very pushy about payment - wanted me to pay him in 3 days. My previous lawyer gave me a month to pay it all off. His impact on my case at court was not significant. Results: The only reduction i got was maybe a few days(5-10) off for weekend work, which i am thankful for. I still got charged for a 2nd DUI, and not another wet and wreckless. Keep in mind that you are paying for his advice and administrative handling of your case so you also get charged for that. I am satisfied with his performance given the situation but he is not going to work magic for you. It all depends on the prosecutor and your lawyer's ability to negotiate a deal. I knew this coming in and just hired a lawyer to guide me through the process. For those who can't afford lawyers, i wouldn't recommend spending the money on a 2nd DUi to get it reduced. A first DUi is a different story though.

I would recommend Mark Blair to anyone who is looking for a DUI Attorney. Let me start off by saying that I was charged with a felony DUI and Mark was able to reduce it not to a misdemeanor DUI, but to a wet and reckless. My license never got suspended, I was never ordered community service, and the ...class I had to take was only 12 hours long. Through the whole process, Mark was extremely informative and would send me lengthy emails with everything I needed to know about my case. He would even send reminder phone calls the day before my court cases. Anytime I had a question or concern, I would simply email Mark and he would respond quickly within a few hours. Overall, Mark made this process extremely easy for me, and by reducing my charges, made me save a lot of time, money, and stress.
