Hire this man.

Mark Blair was the attorney to handle my case, as shown by his professionalism, helpfulness, communicative skills, and above all, RESULTS! He and his office promptly went to work after I made my decision to retain him, and, through his efforts, managed to reduce my charge from a DUI with a potential ...enhancement to a mere wet reckless. Every time I spoke with him on the phone, he was professional, yet understanding. On every email thread, he was quite thorough, quick to respond, and more than happy to clarify. He explained to me exactly what to expect out of the legal system, always kept me in the loop, and never minced words. He even went to court to handle my case during the COVID-19 pandemic, proving his dedication to his work. His expertise in this field and dedication to my case truly reassured me at a time in which I needed it the most. I HIGHLY recommend his services.

Mission Accomplished

Mark represented me in my DUI case. He is so very knowledgeable about the DMV and Court System and its processes and was a fantastic advocate for me. Mark’s communication style worked well for me as he was clear and direct. I always knew and understood the status of my case, what I was tasked t...o do, and what Mark was doing. He represented me for all Court proceedings and the outcome was much better than I would have anticipated. It took a year, but Mark was patient and strategic to ensure that I had no restrictions on my license during the process and going forward.

Mark Blair is not a bad choice

If i had to give Mark a rating, i would say its more like 3.5 but i rounded it off to 4 since he wasn't a bad choice. Situation: 2nd DUI 0.09 BAC and 0.09 Blood test On my first one, i also got 0.09 BAC and got a wet and wreckless. No accident for both. Pro: Cheap attorney fees, fast response ...on emails, good guidance overall on how to navigate the whole DUI situation with tips and advice. Many years of experience in this field so he knows some tricks. Con: Very pushy about payment - wanted me to pay him in 3 days. My previous lawyer gave me a month to pay it all off. His impact on my case at court was not significant. Results: The only reduction i got was maybe a few days(5-10) off for weekend work, which i am thankful for. I still got charged for a 2nd DUI, and not another wet and wreckless. Keep in mind that you are paying for his advice and administrative handling of your case so you also get charged for that. I am satisfied with his performance given the situation but he is not going to work magic for you. It all depends on the prosecutor and your lawyer's ability to negotiate a deal. I knew this coming in and just hired a lawyer to guide me through the process. For those who can't afford lawyers, i wouldn't recommend spending the money on a 2nd DUi to get it reduced. A first DUi is a different story though.

Awesome lawyer

Mr. Blair was a very helpful lawyer. He guided me through the process of 2 Dui’s. He asked very little of me to do my part and anything he asked me to do I did in a timely matter. It worked out in my favor and I got a really good deal with the DA. Thanks again Mark!!
