Excellent Lawyer

I made a big mistake. Not only did I have a BAC of .21 but I also had a charge of evading peace officers. Mark led me through the entire process. He gave me a company that shopped around for the best rate for my SR-22. He told me not to self report to my current insurance company saving me tons o...f money. He advised me to go to AA meetings whether I thought I needed them or not. He also gave me a company that would come to my house to install the Interlock Ignition Device (IID) that was required for all people convicted of DUI in my county. I faced one year license suspension, 30 days of community Service, a nearly $2000 fine and possible jail time. Thanks to Mark's advice and guidance I was able to plead No Contest and received 90 day license suspension, normal fine, no jail time or Community Service. Although this is something I would not wish on my worst enemy, Mark was able to make the best of a huge mistake that I made. Thank You Mark!!

Great Experience

This was my second offense DUI with an accident and a high BAC. Mark was very clear in what I needed to do in order to stay out of jail and minimize sentencing. He communicated clearly and promptly with me and always conveyed realistic possible outcomes of the case. I not only avoided any jail time,... but was able to enroll in a voluntary alcohol monitoring service (SCRAM) in lieu of community service. My fines were that of a first time DUI offense as well, which made hiring Mark a net savings to me in the long run. I was also able to continue driving for 10 months after my arrest.

In need of an attorney? You're set

I'm 24 years old and I received my first DUI in Alameda County. From the beginning he was very knowledgeable about DUIs and its consequences, he definitely comforted me without sugar coating the situation and assured me of what may happen and clearly told me what he would try to do. My BAC was a .20,... not only was it above the .08 but more than double. I came out with a $2000 fine, a 3 month DUI class, 3 year probation, installed the IID in my car for 5 months, no jail time, I was credited one day for the night I was booked and 1 day of the sheriff's program. All of which are either minimum consequences or even less (from my knowledge I should be receiving a 9 month DUI program). I didn't expect to get off clean or with a wet and reckless - need to be practical here. But with the outcome of the situation I couldn't complain and it definitely could've been much worse. Not to mention Mark also helped cut down my 30 day hard suspension with the DMV, to a mere 10 days. As for response time, if Mark wasn't at the office his assistants were always available to help and knew just as much, emails and calls were prompt. I would definitely suggest Mark as your attorney if you have received a DUI.
