Although I won't get into detail about my circumstances as to why I reached out to Mark Blair, he was by far the best investment that I could have made at that time. Immediately after my encounter with the law, I wanted help but more importantly, an expert who could break down everything from A-Z in ...laymen's terms. Mr. Blair was all that and more. I did ample research online and came across Mr. Blair as being highly qualified with an impressive track record from his previous clientele. I thought: if he was able to eliminate/reduce the consequences for all of them, he must be able to help our my circumstance. Because compared to repeat offenders, those who had to pay restitution, etc -- I was just a person who made a mistake. I met with Mr. Blair before hiring him. I drove over an hour to see Mr. Blair when there were countless lawyers conveniently located closer to home (Vallejo to San Mateo). But convenience doesn't necessarily mean the best. Mr. Blair was worth the distance and every penny. On the phone, he was extremely kind and a great listener to my case. In person, he was no different. In addition, he is extremely down-to-earth and made me feel comfortable right off the back. His support staff (Willberg and another fellow) were helpful in answering any technical questions that I had. After being contracted to Mr. Blair, not once did he leave me astray. He answered every question that I had and promptly too! I would receive an email back in no time. He would break down, analyze, and interpret all the paperwork. He was upfront about what I should expect and what he would aim to achieve. Mark over-delivered. His expertise on how to lock in your good driver rates and attend classes all helped in my case. Mr. Blair was able to get the multiple charges against me completely eliminated or greatly reduced and for that, I thank you Mr. Blair. Will definitely refer others your way because not only does Mr. Blair care about his clients, he goes above and beyond to get the best results for them.

I will begin by saying that I am glad I made the decision to go with Mark Blair. For my first case I was very doubtful whether a lawyer would make a difference in my situation as I heard mixed thoughts. I knew one other friend with a similar case as mine and he said he was with Mark Blair and was pre...tty satisfied at the time. Instinctively I called and was greeted by the man himself. I had all my questions answered and I was given time to pick this man's brain of what I could expect as far as results go in my case. Like any other human being I didn't have any idea what to expect and how to go about treating my case by myself, so knowing I had this man by my side really boosted my morale. This time, it was way more complex and probably one of the toughest cases for a lawyer considering the circumstances of this case. Pricing on this one was quite a bit more than the last one, again considering the circumstances. I was curious to see what others were charging so I made a few phone calls. I was surprised to hear that no one offered a better price, and again I proved to myself that I made the right choice. I was given clear instructions of what I need to do in order to lessen my case sentence. After 3.5 months of following through with my duties and responsibilities, they paid off. I was expecting 60 days of community service, 6 years probation, and upwards of $3,500 as a fine. On the day of court I was assured by Mark Blair that he would do all in his power to convince and persuade the judge that I am a good, self-employed citizen that has made a few mistakes but I have done more to improve than anything else. When he came out after talking to the judge he said I got the best deal he could possibly wish for. 15 days, waived fine ($0) and half the probation time.
